Jasmina \u010crn\u010di\u010d<\/h2>\n

The Slovenian mezzosoprano Jasmina \u010crn\u010di\u010d received a bachelors degree in classical singing pedagogy from the University of Music and Performing Arts Graz (Austria) in 2017 and is currently a faculty member of the Choral School CS, acting as a vocal technique pedagogue for the Carmina Slovenica ensemble. Her interest in medieval music brought her to the Medieval Music Course of Besal\u00fa where for three years she studied performance practice with Dr. Mauricio Molina, liturgical chant with Dr. Katarina Livljani\u0107, Marcel P\u00e9r\u00e8s, and Juan Carlos Asensio, and medieval singing with Benjamin Bagby, and Jos\u00e9 Pizarro. She continued her specialization in medieval music and obtained a masters\u2019 degree in medieval music performance from the Folkwang University of the Arts, Essen (Germany) where she studied with Benjamin Bagby, Dr. Stefan Kl\u00f6ckner and Dominik Schneider.\u00a0<\/p>\n

She is a soloist in the vocal ensemble Carmina Slovenica under the artistic direction of Karmina \u0160ilec and a member of the medieval ensembles Sequentia, Magister Petrus and Rota de Peregrino. She has perform as a guest artist with the early music ensemble PER SONAT (Germany, dir. Sabine Lutzenberger) and conducted a project at Trinity College in Dublin (Ireland) under the direction of the specialist in Medieval Latin song Dr. Sam Barrett. She has been invited to do vocal coaching at the Medieval Meeting of the University of Lleida.<\/p>\n
